Freehold Officers Will Help Celebrate our Hispanic
Community at Latinofest

Celebrations of the Hispanic heritage are usually marked by the presence of an assortment of beautiful colors.  Well, the Latino Festival, scheduled for October 3rd, will be getting one more color this year:  blue.

Members of the Freehold Borough Police Department will be out in force to share in the celebration of Latinofest 2009.  We will have a table where you can meet several of our officers, and we'll be giving out t-shirts and some other free knick-knacks..

More importantly, we'll also be providing some important information on the Freehold Borough Police Department as well as New Jersey criminal and traffic laws.  We'll have much of this information in both English and Spanish.

The Latino Festival will be held on October 3, 2009 in the Hall of Records Parking Lot located on East Main Street near the center of town.  The event kicks off at 11:00 a.m. and will run until 7:00 p.m.  There will be food, dancing, performances and more food.

We will have both English and Spanish speaking officers on hand, so please stop by our table and say hi.   It's a great event, and we would love to meet you!
