Borough
Gets New Chief
| FREEHOLD -
The September 19th Borough Council Meeting had a
celebratory feel as Glenn Roberts was sworn in as chief
of police. The meeting was standing room only as
members of the department, family, and well wishers
packed the council room to be in attendance during the
ceremony.
After the actual
swearing-in portion, Chief Roberts thanked those in
attendance and briefly touched on an agenda of
police-community relations.
